 Description

TODOROFF is the first ever boutique wine cellar in Bulgaria, offering unique wines for lovers and collectors. It paved the way for the changes in winemaking and the development of wine culture in Bulgaria since 2001. It focuses on production of small batches of high-quality red and white wines, perfect technology control and preliminary quality analysis of the raw material, as well as an individual approach to each client.

Established in 1945, but nationalized two years later, the cellar was back in operation in 2001. The refurbishing was completed within a few months and the production of the first batch of wines started in the autumn of 2001, which won accolades at the Paris Vinalies in 2003. We invite you to join us and share the secret of the Thracian wines.

The tour includes a walk through the wine cellar where you can learn about its history and development along the years as the first boutique winery in Bulgaria, you'll also be able to see how they make and store their wines. Including a 3 course meal at the hotel's restaurant you will also be able to enjoy a tasting of 5 wines - 1 white, 1 rosé and 3 red, each of which will be accompanied by a chocolate delicacy specifically made to suit the selection.
