 Description

TODOROFF is the first ever boutique wine cellar in Bulgaria, offering unique wines for lovers and collectors. It paved the way for the changes in winemaking and the development of wine culture in Bulgaria since 2001. It focuses on production of small batches of high-quality red and white wines, perfect technology control and preliminary quality analysis of the raw material, as well as an individual approach to each client.

Established in 1945, but nationalized two years later, the cellar was back in operation in 2001. The refurbishing was completed within a few months and the production of the first batch of wines started in the autumn of 2001, which won accolades at the Paris Vinalies in 2003. We invite you to join us and share the secret of the Thracian wines.

During our visit to the wine cellar you will be able to enjoy a blind wine tasting experience. Each of the 5 wines will be accompanied by a different appetizer - bread, soft sirene(feta cheese), aged sirene(feta cheese), a meat delicacy and chocolate. Following this is a 3 course meal at the hotel's restaurant for lunch and a tour of the wine cellar where you will learn about the history and development of the first boutique winery in Bulgaria, as well as how they make and store their wines.
