Description

Few activities allow us to connect with nature the way foraging does. The tranquility of the environment, the rejuvenating Rhodope air, the way we focus our attention entirely on identifying and carefully gathering  edible mushrooms and berries – it allows us to feel a certain closeness to the land.

With the help of an experienced local mushroom forager, forage and fill your basket with the widespread field mushroom, the popular in the culinary arts porcino or cep, the delicious chanterelle, and the widely sought-after parasol mushroom.

In the summer, you will also have the opportunity to gather wild strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, and enjoy the rich flavor of these all-natural berries, untouched by human interference.

Whether you’re a culinary enthusiast looking for all-natural ingredients for your next cooking endeavor, nature lover with an affinity for plants and fungi, or simply someone who finds peace in the act of achieving harmony with nature, this is certainly an experience worth trying.
